Where We Stand

At Nativity Preparatory Academy, our mission is to erase the cycle of poverty through education – one student at a time. Our work and prayer is ongoing as our students experience the challenges facing our community and our country around the disease of racism.
Our school, that serves nearly 100% of students from vulnerable communities, is a beacon of hope and a place of refuge in the middle of the storm, but I fear for our brilliant families as they continue to navigate this illness without enough support. Racism and the overwhelming side effects divide and corrupt the souls like a cancer and only with God’s love, can we be the cure.
Join us to positively influence every conversation we can to pour in love, acceptance, and compassion, to force-out hatred, bigotry, and intolerance. Now more than ever our mission to teach and serve others, like Jesus taught and served us, is key. A lack of action will not lead to restoration, but lending our powerful voices to fill an ear of destruction with affirmation and acceptance will be the medicine for real progress.
The Nativity Preparatory Family – through our action, courage and love – stands together to challenge the system of inequity that continues to exist. Our students and graduates, their families, our community, and our world deserve nothing less.
