Join Nativity to shape and lead our after-school tutoring & enrichment program – recruiting volunteers, building partnerships, and supporting classrooms as a substitute teacher or assistant.

What You’ll Need to Bring to This Role:

  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Program coordination or volunteer management experience; interest and ability to provide support to teachers and students in the classroom
  • Strong organization skills and the flexibility to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelors’ degree or in process; education a plus; life experience also works
  • Interest in identifying and pursuing community partner options and community activities
  • Ability to recognize school needs / issues and collaboratively respond to them collaboratively
  • Creativity, energy, and a passion for youth

Schedule: Full-time September – June, Mon–Thurs, 8 AM – 5:00 PM; Fri 8 AM – 1 PM; Mornings focused on classroom support as needed.  July/August flexible hours 20+ /week supporting summer programs and planning for the coming school year.

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year; medical and dental; 401(k) after 1 year
